Obituary of Lutgarda Amor Dallo Barnachea

Lutgarda Amor D. Barnachea was born in Cabanatuan City, Philippines on the 16^th of June 1954. She passed away on September 22, 2020 in Greenbelt, Maryland. 

Lulu was a loving mother to her only child, Anna Patricia. She also loved spending her time with siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews. As an adventurous traveler, she was able to spread her bright cheerfulness all over the world. Lulu was a loving and caring person, always thinking of others first. She was a wise advisor and trusted confidant to everyone. Lulu judged no one. A person with a big heart, beautiful inside and out. Lulu will be missed by her friends, family, and all who knew her.
